the Future Talent Programme - TNC 2018

At GÉANT, we believe it is crucial for IT firms to engage with, foster, developing future IT professionals. This sentiment holds true now, more than ever, as the sector undergoes a period of considerable growth, and we find ourselves faced with a growing shortage of talent. We are committed to contributing to the up-skilling of Europe’s future IT workforce, and bridging the gap between the supply and demand of talent - particularly in the areas of research. This is why we have set up the GÉANT Future Talent Programme.

Within the Future Talent Programme, Learning and Development offers two initiatives. Both are targeting TNC18, an international conference for global networking professionals, and both are made possible through a collaboration between GÉANT L&D, GÉANT project partners, young professionals and TNC Programme Committee.

Initiative 1 : Lightning Talk Challenge – Get on Stage !
