What is pass?
the service access and monitoring portal (pass) is the renater secure tool that allows an institution that has an approval to manage all its services (activation, deletion, modification), to declare its service correspondents and to have access to additional data (metrology from an ip service for example).
The institution’s pass access is available as soon as the membership terms and conditions are validated.
User profiles with access rights
PASS is only accessible to specific profiles in the institution.
If you are not listed in the profiles below, we suggest you contact your institution’s it department.
* the institution expert: they have read-write privileges and are the only persons authorised to manage services and declare service correspondents.
* the service correspondent: they have read-only rights and can access additional data for information purposes.
